Our focus in 2026 was on fleshing out our design and preconstruction services and now that that's in full swing, MCR is back to offering our full range of self-perform services as well!

Interior Finish Expertise
(Our Favorite)
Our strength lies in our carpentry skills. The door you see in this image required 14 biscuit joints to ensure this painted poplar maintains form for decades to come. As a prominent feature in your home, we don't settle for anything less than perfect.
Framing
We typically limit ourselves to projects 2,500sqft (footprint) and smaller for our framing projects to ensure prompt project turnover for our crew. This home built by MCR totaled out to roughly 1,600sqft, 2-story over a basement.
Flooring
Vinyl snaplock, engineered, or proper wood flooring. We love installing it all. The floor in this image was an engineered bamboo with amazing durability that installed efficiently.
