Core Values

Honesty - Craftsmanship - Integrity

It's no secret that the general contracting space is often a frustrating arena for both customers and contractors. We've all heard horror stories of projects gone wrong in a wide variety of fashions (I'll spare the reader any examples and leave your imagination to its' work). Trust is a hard-earned commodity that takes more than words, but our hope in this page is to take that first step in building that bridge. Though we can't quite reach through your browser, we'd like to extend a virtual handshake with anyone considering working with MCR Design-Build.

Virtual Handshake

Our commitments to our customers, business partners, and associates.

  • We don't make promises, but we do everything in our power to keep our word. Matthew 5:33-37

  • We maximize clarity. Clarity in pricing. Clarity in timeline. Clarity in finished product. This includes how we communicate with our customers as well as our fellow contractors on a project. MCR Design-Build has an open book policy for how, when, and why we make our money and how we go about our business. So if you ever have a question, ask unabashed. Our fees are always shown in the complete breakdown of a bid and we line item in as much detail as we have time to do. â€‹

  • Loyalty is a two way street. If I'm asking it from you, then you're getting it from me. -Harvey Specter (Yes, I'm a huge Suits fan).

  • We play on one big team. Our hope is for everyone to win on our jobs. The customer, our subcontractors, and ourselves. If any one of those three can justifiably call the project a loss, then we've failed in our mission.

  • Quality is a necessity, not a luxury. We are willing to lose bids for this every time. The only time we ever cut corners is in the literal sense. My goal is that every new home I design and/or build outlives my great-grandkids. Homes are a serious investment, especially today. We subscribe fully to the notion that we should spend the little bit of extra time, effort, and money to make our homes last.

  • Clean, clean, clean. I am a thorough neat-freak by nature. My print sets and job sites reflect that.

  • We have fun. Your project is a serious thing to us, because we know it's serious for you. That's why we put maximum effort into maintaining a fun, genuine, positive attitude in every project.
