Bear in mind that much of the cost of a home is determined by the finishes you select, so that will play the largest role here. Search for deals at local suppliers for siding, roofing, flooring, etc. and you'll most likely shock all your friends for how low your sqft cost was to build this home. 

A friendly reminder to always check print sets with local building officials and contractors to verify they are in compliance with your local building codes. 

Hazards to consider:

• The loft area is open to the garage. This may not be something you can do in your area. A simple edit might include walling these areas off with fire rated drywall. Of course, this will up the cost of the build somewhat substantially. 
• The path of travel from the bedroom upstairs to the nearest exit is just over 100ft. This can be solved by placing another door at the base of the stairs if that poses a problem with local building officials. 
• Efficient placement of HVAC equipment will vary based on your location. The area just south of the bathroom is the most likely candidate, but will depend on what type of HVAC systems you intend to install. Always consult with a licensed professional for safe and code compliant results.
